Halloween Dance-A-Thon

Tomorrow is our Halloween Dance-A-Thon!  Students are invited to wear their costumes and bring their dancing feet!

Students can bring money for the OLOL Tuck Shop where they can purchase Halloween snacks and treats.

We have raised just over $2000 towards our $5000 goal. Donations can be made through Cash Online ONLY.

Did you know that Wednesdays are Spirit Wear Days?

Please see the attachments for ordering OLOL Spirit Wear.  For your convenience, a representative from Pardon Promotions will be at the school with sample sizing and samples of items on November 7th from 3:15 – 8:30 (during parent/student/teacher conferences). Samples will be left at the school until the ordering due date of November 13th.

Halloween Fun!

BOO! Next Thursday is Halloween!

Student Council is encouraging everyone to dress up! We will be judging a few different categories and our winners will earn some house points for their team! The students who win from each division will earn 5 house points for their team! The following categories are: Most Creative, Most Authentic Halloween (ghost, skeleton, etc.) & Funniest. Let’s get spooky OLOL!

Parent/Teacher/Student Progress Report Conferences – ON-LINE BOOKINGS ONLY

This year we will be using electronic on-line booking for Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences, to be held on Thursday, November 7th. Please follow the links below to schedule your interview time(s). The site opens for bookings on October 21st  and closes on November 7th.

Go to our school appointments web site for your school.

  1. Register for an account by clicking the “REGISTER” menu tab and filling in the on-line form. Choose a user id and password for yourself and then click the “Register Now” button.
  2. Add your children into the system by clicking the “Add a Student” button. Click “Insert New” button to add more children.
  3. Click the “date” icon beside each child’s name to schedule appointments. Select the staff you wish to book appointments with and the “View Calendars” button. Use the “Ctrl” or “Command” key to select multiple staff to view at the same time.

Click on available time slots to book your appointments to make your bookings.

Our Lady of Lourdes CSAC Fundraising 2019

Dance-a-thon on October 31st 

Every year we depend on successful fundraisers to provide funds necessary to continue offering the best educational opportunities for Our Lady of Lourdes students. Our hope for this year is to continue supporting our students in a variety of ways. Our priorities for this year are guest speakers, learning materials for students, sacramental programs, school speaker system, and a custom wall mural in the gym.

This year we will be hosting a dance-a-thon on Halloween for all students to celebrate this day.  Please note that all donations may contributed through Cash Online ONLY. Relatives, neighbours and friends may also donate to our fundraiser as It is open for the public to donate. Simply send friends and family this link: Donations over $25 are eligible for a tax receipt.

If new to school cash online, simply register and follow the directions on line to add  a donation to your cart. Please double check to ensure you choose OLOL Fundraising Dance-a-Thon – October 31 – 2019/2020.

A tuck shop will available for students to purchase small treats if you wish to send a few dollars with your child. We are always grateful to our school community and the generosity that is shared to enhance the learning of our students.

Terry Fox Fundraiser 
Our OLOL Terry Fox Fundraiser ends THIS Wednesday night. We are $340 away from reaching out to $5000 goal. We are so close.
If we reach our $5000 goal we will tape a teacher OR Mrs. Geisel to the wall THIS FRIDAY!
Food Drive 
We are running our Me-To-We “We Scare Hunger” campaign until THIS FRIDAY. If you bring in two or more nonperishable food items, you will receive 1 point for your color house!
